Shipping & Returns
Currently, we ship packages to destinations within the United States using USPS Priority Mail and aim to get your package on its way to you within 3 days. Tracking information for your package will be sent via email to you once your order has shipped.
If we have a question about your order or need to contact you about an item being out of stock, we will do so via telephone or email. Please note that yarn is shipped in its original condition (not wound).
We charge a flat rate for shipping that includes packaging and handling costs. For most orders shipped within the United States, the charge is $9.
If you'd like to request expedited shipping for your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com or 609-536-2940 at the time of your order to determine your options and shipping charges.
All orders are shipped uninsured which means that Home Made is not responsible for packages that do not arrive. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, you must request so at the time of your order via a note at checkout or by email or phone. Please note that insurance may be subject to additional fees.
If you live outside the United States and wish to place an order, rest assured that we are working on making our products available to you! In the meantime, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 609-536-2940 with any questions.
For purchases made in our brick and mortar stop and our online shop, please note that only yarn in its original, unused and unwound, condition may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. All other sales are final.
