Loominous Riding Peplum

Loominous Riding Peplum

The spell of hot weather we had last week inspired a new Riding Peplum top in this gorgeous plaid from Anna Maria Horner's Loominous fabric collection. Since I had already made this pattern a few times before (here and here), this top came together quite quickly one afternoon. My pattern pieces (for size large) were traced and most of the instructions were committed to memory so I was able to get the majority of this top sewn while Ezra napped. Yea for naps!

Would you make a Riding Peplum top? The fit is quite comfy and flattering if you ask me.

Would you sign up to make this in a class? Let me know! It would be best if you already had some basic sewing machine skills before tackling this beginner-friendly project.

You can purchase April Rhodes' Riding Peplum and Party Dress pattern here.
You can also purchase Loominous fabrics in our brick and mortar shop OR by taking a look at the fabrics here and then emailing us your requested yardage.
