There have been plenty of articles (like this, this and this) talking about the benefits of making something with your own hands. Creative pursuits like knitting have plenty of health benefits. They can keep your mind agile, encourage relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, improve finger and hand dexterity, and even boost your social life.

So, let 2016 be the year you learn! For the sake of your health. Well, AND because it's fun, too. We have a Learn to Knit Class coming up really soon -- February 4 & 11 from 6 - 8PM. Carpe diem!
