I’ve just added two new classes to the lineup! Our new Pillowcases class is perfect for beginners and those who want to fine tune their sewing skills. Or, those who just want to make some fun pillowcases. We had such a great time making pillowcases with ConKerr Cancer that I thought you might want to also make some for yourself. And, with all the kids headed off to college come Fall, handmade pillowcases make a perfect graduation gift!
You were all so excited about my first Spice Market Tote, that I heeded your request for a class. See, I got you. The new Spice Market Tote class is the perfect introduction to bag-making. I’ve organized this class so that I guide you through cutting your pattern pieces and applying fusible interfacing in the first session. In the second session, we’ll tackle the bag construction. So, if you’ve never really followed a sewing pattern before or feel baffled by the cutting instructions — this class is for you!
We’ll be making Amy Butler’s Spice Market Tote in the small version for class. But, after this class, you’ll be ready to tackle the larger bag, too!
You can find all the information about our Pillowcases and Spice Market Tote classes, including our entire class schedule, right here.
As always, registration with payment is required to reserve your spot so call 609.536.2940 or stop on in! Plus, all class materials are available for purchase in the Home Made shop.
