That’s why we offer fine quality craft supplies that are softer, will last longer when cared for correctly, and are often manufactured in a way that’s better for our environment. The process of making should be just as fun as seeing the finished result!
YARN
We carry fine yarn for knitting and crochet in a range of colors, fibers, and gauge. Brands include Blue Sky Alpacas, Spud & Chloe, Berroco, Manos del Uruguay, and SweetGeorgia Yarns.
Select projects are also available in knit kits.
FABRIC
Our selection of fabrics include designer and organic cottons, cotton/linen blends, flannels, voile, canvas, and cotton muslin. Brands include Cloud9 Fabrics, Birch Fabrics, Timeless Treasures, Dear Stella, Clothworks, Tula Pink, Robert Kaufman, Blend Fabrics, and Windham Fabrics. Designers include Amy Butler, Joel Dewberry, Denyse Schmidt, Ed Emberley, Penguin & Fish, Lotta Jansdotter, Sarah Watts, and more.
Fabric is available in fat quarter bundles and by the yard.
PATTERNS
To help inspire your next project, we carry sewing patterns for bags, garments, and quilts from your favorite designers like Amy Butler, Oliver + S, Straight Stitch Society, Denyse Schmidt, and Atkinson Designs. Our patterns for knit accessories, baby blankets, and sweaters are designed by Blue Sky Alpacas, Spud & Chloe, Jane Richmond Designs and more.
INTERFACING + TRACING MATERIAL
We feature Pellon and HeatnBond fusible interfacings as well as pattern tracing material.
FELT
A versatile wool/rayon felt is available in 12″ x 18″ sheets (individually or in bundles of six), in 9″ x 12″ bundles of 8, and white is available in quarter yard cuts (36″ wide).
BATTING
We carry Quilters Dream batting in 100% cotton and superwash wool. Batting is available in craft, crib, throw, twin, double +, queen, and king sizes. You can also special order Quilters Dream batting in the fiber, loft and size of your choosing – just ask!
We also carry Insul-Bright, an insulating material ideal for both hot and cold projects like pot holders and lunch bags and fusible fleece.
NOTIONS + TOOLS
In addition to sewing, knitting and crochet patterns, our shop carries cotton twill tape, cotton webbing, zippers, buttons, knitting needles, crochet hooks, rotary cutters, cutting mats, scissors, marking tools, embroidery needles, sharps, quilting betweens, Sulky and Gutterman threads, both gridded and non-gridded quilter’s template plastic, embroidery floss, project bags, fiberfill, and many other tools and accessories needed to start or finish your craft project.
PROJECT BAGS, ORGANIZERS, GIFTS + ETC.
We proudly carry locally made yarn bowls by Amanda Leipert of Cape May’s The Madd Potters’ Studio as well as our own Handmade by Home Made gift items currently include baby quilts, clutch bags, and project bags.
We’ve also just added ArtBin project and tool organizers to our shelves and beautiful Boho Candles from Illume just arrived to the shop!
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Yarn may be returned for store credit if presented in its original, unused condition with a receipt within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, once yarn is wound we cannot offer an exchange.
Please remember that all fabric, patterns, needles, accessories, gift and sale items may not be returned.
